When the company has completed two or three weeks of
the project it is important that they review the progress which has been made.
Are the changes in-line with the progress plan for the year going forward. If
there is no progress plan until the end of the year and there is a fault
noticed this will have major consequences for the company. Also the company
will need to evaluate what is not performing as well as planned. This might
involve consulting different department’s and asking difficult questions, such
as, how long can this profits failing be
held. Asking different members of staff
within the company how they think the project is going can have a positive
effect on the business. The feedback
received can be invaluable to the company.

Action
When the company has decided on what plans will best
suit the company everyone within the company is made aware of the plans.
Management and the HR Department will have to work out how many members of staff will
have to be made available to each of the department’s to ensure the changes can
be made with the least amount of distribution. The larger the tasks/changes
that need to be completed extra staff will be required so the changes can be
made promptly. It is also important to ensure that the advertising needed is
relevant to that months advertising campaign. A company has to ensure that
there is finance available to make any changes that have been set out.
Tactics
It is very important that the company sets a clear
plans for the following three months. The
business must set specific goals which can be managed and delivered by the
business. When the company completes the 90 days plan, it is important that the
company draws out a digital map outlining which tasks need to be completed on a
daily or a weekly basis. This can be distributed and accessed by anyone within
the company. This has a positive impact on a company as less time is required
to hand and explain the company’s plans going forward.

Differences in digital marketing and traditional marketing
Digital
marketing is where consumers use different comparison websites to compare the different company’s selling
the different products. This is also done in traditional means when consumers
go to the physical store and compare the different prices through the stores.
This consumer does this to ensure that consumers are buying the products at the
lowest prices.
Products
that were traditionally only available in the store is now available online
aswell. Some of these products are dvd which can be streamed through the
websites such as Netflix and amazon prime. This is a increasing demand for the
services to be available online.
People are
being replaced by the internet. Traditionally you would have to go to a travel
agent to book hotels or flights to a foreign trip aboard. This has now become
available online for the consumer to complete these tasks from the comfort of
their own home and book these services.
Everyday
services are now available on demand. The traditional services which may have
only been available on the 9-5 hours is now available at touch of a button.
Some of these activities include checking your bank balance online that can be
accessed online.
When
products where being sold in the shop it was very difficult to get the
information on the price of the product in another store unless the consumer
called into the orther store . this information is now available more freely
and consumers can use this for price comparasion when purchasing a product
or a service.
