When the company has completed two or three weeks of the project it is important that they review the progress which has been made. Are the changes in-line with the progress plan for the year going forward. If there is no progress plan until the end of the year and there is a fault noticed this will have major consequences for the company. Also the company will need to evaluate what is not performing as well as planned. This might involve consulting different department’s and asking difficult questions, such as, how long can this  profits failing be held.  Asking different members of staff within the company how they think the project is going can have a positive effect on the business. The  feedback received can be invaluable to the company.

Action

When the company has decided on what plans will best suit the company everyone within the company is made aware of the plans. Management and the HR Department will have  to work out how many members of staff will have to be made available to each of the department’s to ensure the changes can be made with the least amount of distribution. The larger the tasks/changes that need to be completed extra staff will be required so the changes can be made promptly. It is also important to ensure that the advertising needed is relevant to that months advertising campaign. A company has to ensure that there is finance available to make any changes that have been set out.

It is very important that the company sets a clear plans for the following three months.  The business must set specific goals which can be managed and delivered by the business. When the company completes the 90 days plan, it is important that the company draws out a digital map outlining which tasks need to be completed on a daily or a weekly basis. This can be distributed and accessed by anyone within the company. This has a positive impact on a company as less time is required to hand and explain the company’s plans going forward.

It is important that you set achievable goals that will not take more than one years  to complete.

This is when your business evaluate what your currently doing well in. Which department are making the biggest sales. You also have to evaluate what your customers think about the current range of products or services. As this will determine your company’s future success . if the consumers are not happy with the product which may be selling and posting unhappy reviews online this may have a damaging effect on your business going into the future. The business will also have to see if they may be a gap within the market to release a new product or service for consumers. The business will also have to conduct research to see if the competitors are planning on releasing similar products that your business  are currently providing.
